Hello, I moved to Boston from Pittsburgh. In Pittsburgh, my mother and I would both get incredible sinus headaches right before a cold front passed through. Does that have to do with pressure changes? Since I moved to Boston I hardly ever get headaches anymore. Are the fronts here less severe? Also, can the conditions that cause the constant stratus cloud to hang over Pittsburgh also cause constant headaches?
