Version 1.3 for Streamer v3, 19 March 2003:
  - Fixed bug in Set Options regarding the aerosol model
  - Fixed bug in cloud properties page in returning to Set Data page

Version 1.3b (beta test) for Streamer v3, 1 March 2001:
  - This is the first version for Streamer v3.x.
  - Made all necessary changes in the options and data to accomodate the
    new Streamer features (and there were a lot!)
  - Restructured the main page
  - Added the PRINT-REPLACE page
  - Added drop-down lists for a number of variables
  - Added security for directories at and above the main web interface directory
  - Added rename and copy to the file manager functions
  - Changed the default directory to "mydirectory" which can be used for work
  - Added autosave of settings before viewing
  - Option of having the information on the Data page be either 
    a CASE or SETDATA block.

  - Eliminated the "View Messages" button and incorporated Streamer messages

    the working directory
