Presentation at A-Train Symposium Atmospheric Composition Session: An oral presentation entitled "Real-time Air Quality Modeling System (RAQMS) Aerosol and Ozone Assimilation and Forecasting Experiments using A-Train Measurements during the NOAA CalNex Field Mission" was presented within the Atmospheric Composition Session of the 2010 A-Train Symposium, Oct 25-28, New Orleans. This talk presented results from post mission studies focused on evaluation of the RAQMS large-scale ozone and aerosol analyses and forecast skill. (R. B. Pierce, E/RA2, 608-890-1892, brad.pierce@noaa.gov)ASPB Participates in the 2010 MUG Meeting: The Advanced Satellite Products Branch (ASPB) participated in the 2010 McIDAS (Man computer Interactive Data Access System) Users' Group (MUG) Meeting that was held 25-28 October in Madison, WI. In addition to learning about the recent advances of the McIDAS, both T. J. Schmit and G. S. Wade received advanced McIDAS-V training. McIDAS is key software for the generation and visualization of many satellite images and products.
